Shipping policy

Our Hot Tubs are custom built from the time we receive your order.  After your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a projected ship date.  We ship your new Hot Tub directly from our factory to you, in the Continental U.S., for FREE! Estimated transit time for delivery after production is 5-10 business days. Our Hot Tubs are delivered through a professional freight company, so your hot tub is shipped and handled with care. The delivery address must be tractor/trailer accessible or additional charges will apply.

White Glove deliveries are available up to 100 miles from our location and are provided by Hot Tub Movers Plus

White glove delivery includes placement of your hot tub in its desired location and removal of packaging and boxing materials.
